Position Summary: Responsible for daily on-site operations of program, staff management, and creating/implementing planned activities for participants in a safe, supervised, structured environment.
Qualifications: 2 years of experience working in childcare field and 1-year supervisory experience required. Completed or pursuing degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or other related field of study preferred. |
Assistant Program Manager
Position Summary: Supports the efforts of the Program Manager to create and implement appropriate and engaging activities for the Just for Kids Before and After School Program participants in a safe, supervised, structured environment, in alignment with OCFS regulations. Coordinate with the Program Manager to determine responsibility for administrative tasks. Act as a point person for site needs during Program Manager’s absence.
Qualifications: 2 years of experience working in childcare field. Completed or pursuing degree in Elementary Education, Child Development, or other related field of study preferred. |
Program Teacher

Art Specialist
Position Summary: Responsible for creating and implementing appropriate and engaging fine arts activities for Just for Kids Before and After School Program participants in a safe, supervised, structured environment
Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a childcare field, experience in an Art field preferred. |
Team Leader
Position Summary: Responsible for implementing appropriate, enriching, and engaging activities for the Just for Kids Before and After School Program participants in a safe, supervised, structured environment. Work with team members to create a welcoming, positive, and fun environment for students and staff.
Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a childcare field. |
Sport Specialist
Position Summary: Responsible for creating and implementing appropriate and engaging sports activities for Just for Kids Before and After School Program participants in a safe, supervised, structured environment.
Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a childcare field, experience in Physical Education field preferred. |
