ERS respects your privacy. We will not share or use your mobile number for any other purpose. We will only use information you provide to transmit your text message. When you complete forms online or otherwise provide us information in connection with the Service, you agree to provide accurate, complete and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If we, in our sole discretion, believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we may refuse you access to the Service and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.

ERS SMS Terms & Conditions

1. ERS sends active clients periodic reminders and information updates on the Ticket to Work Program as necessary. Reminders may include appointment reminders, job fair/employer announcements, wage reporting reminders, office closures, holiday greetings, etc.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at careerservices@employreward.com or (888) 322-9570.

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive a minimum of 1 message a month, this does not include conversational messages between you and a staff member. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
