The Social Security Administration’s (SSA) Ticket to Work Program is a voluntary, free program designed to help individuals with disabilities enter or re-enter the workforce while maintaining access to key benefits. Many individuals receiving Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) want to work but may need assistance with career development, job placement, and navigating the transition from benefits to employment. As a federally contracted employment network, ERS offers a safety net to these individuals while they simply test their abilities to work.
The Ticket to Work program is a free and voluntary Social Security Administration (SSA) program that helps SSI and SSDI beneficiaries explore employment while protecting their benefits. By partnering with EmployReward Solutions (ERS), your clients gain access to job placement, benefits counseling, and ongoing support — giving them a safety net as they return to work.

ERS generates payments from SSA when beneficiaries achieve work milestones.
