Role-Specific Highlights

High Reach Forklift Operators: Use stand-up reach forklift to move products, equipment, and materials while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures

Forklift Operator: Load/unload trailers, move palletized goods, and ensure accuracy of shipments.

Traffic Clerk: Support shipping/receiving through clerical tasks, scheduling drivers, and verifying paperwork.

Inventory Control Technician (ICQA): Perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain inventory accuracy.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Safely move, store, and retrieve palletized products using forklifts and other equipment
  • Follow work orders to pick, pack, seal, and prepare items for shipment
  • Use RF scanners to track inventory, verify counts, and record product details
  • Load and unload materials, ensuring pallets are secure and properly labeled
  • Report damages or discrepancies to supervisors and help resolve issues
  • Perform daily equipment checks, monitor battery charge, and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

  • Ability to read, scan, and input product information accurately
  • Basic math and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in cold storage (-20°F/-25°C) or dry storage (up to 100°F/37°C) with PPE provided
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and work flexible shifts, including weekends
