 Key Job Details:
 Guest Engagement Specialists strive to make a lasting impression with every Hilton guest by advising, selling, responding to inquiries/requests and resolving issues/complaints.
 The position pays $19.00 an hour.
 Willing to work one of the 40 hours per week fixed shifts:
 10:00A – 6:30P CST on Thursday – Monday
 9:30A – 6:00P CST on Thursday – Monday
 8:30A – 5:00P CST on Saturday – Wednesday
 10:00A – 6:30P CST on Sunday – Thursday
 Able to work Monday – Friday 9:00A-5:30P CST during the first two weeks of training.
 
 Must have three (3) years of experience in a consultative customer service or sales roles and experience working in a contact/call center environment.
 
 Must be located in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
