EmployReward Solutions (ERS) is a national Employment Network (EN) under the Social Security Administration’s Ticket to Work Program. Founded in 2010 and based in Florence, South Carolina, we specialize in helping individuals with disabilities transition into the workforce, while connecting employers to a motivated talent pool eager to contribute.
Our Role as an Employment Network:
- We assist Social Security disability beneficiaries (SSI & SSDI recipients) in pursuing financial independence through employment.
- Our team of Career Development Specialists, Career Coaches, and Benefits Counselors provide individualized support in job readiness, placement, and long-term success.
- We collaborate with employers to identify roles that align with our job seekers’ strengths, goals, and workplace needs.
Our National Reach:
ERS serves individuals across all 50 states and Puerto Rico through virtual and remote services. Since 2012, we’ve supported over 30,000 job seekers. Our outreach efforts target over 300,000 potential candidates each quarter—many of whom may be eligible for Ticket to Work.

What is the Ticket To Work Program?
The Social Security Administration’s (SSA) Ticket to Work Program is a voluntary, free program designed to help individuals with disabilities enter or re-enter the workforce while maintaining access to key benefits. Many individuals receiving Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) want to work but may need assistance with career development, job placement, and navigating the transition from benefits to employment.
Who It Helps:
Individuals ages 18 to 64 who receive SSI or SSDI and want to work.
The program serves those who need career development, job placement, or benefits guidance to transition successfully into employment.
