Many people on SSDI and SSI are leaving real money on the table — through Extra Help, Medicaid, state pharmaceutical assistance programs, or Special Enrollment Periods they didn’t realize were available to them.

There’s no cost, no pressure, and no obligation to change anything — just a clear answer about what you may have been missing.

When Medicare is starting to enter the picture
You’re approaching the point where Medicare becomes part of your picture, and we want to make this part easy. Our affiliate, Medicare Mall, can run a quick query to see whether you’re missing any benefits or programs available in your area — at no cost and with no obligation. If you’d like, we can connect you directly. They’ll only know what you give us permission to share.
When you’ve been on Medicare for a while
Plans change every year — and so does your situation. Our affiliate, Medicare Mall, will look at your current plan, compare what’s available in your state and county, and tell you if you’re leaving anything on the table. It’s free, and you decide what to do with what they find.
When you may qualify for help you don’t know about
Many of our ticket holders qualify for the federal Low Income Subsidy (Extra Help) or full Medicaid and don’t realize it. Our affiliate, Medicare Mall, can check your eligibility — quickly, privately, and at no cost. If you’ve had a recent income change, are managing a chronic condition, or live in a state that just had a federally declared disaster, you may also qualify for a Special Enrollment Period.
How it works
If any of these sound like you, the process is simple: fill out the short form on our Medicare Mall partner page or call your ERS rep, give us permission to share your name and contact information with Medicare Mall, and a licensed Medicare Mall representative will reach out to run your benefits check. The whole thing takes 10–20 minutes, and you decide what to do with anything they find.
A note on transparency
EmployReward Services and Medicare Mall are independent companies in an affiliate referral relationship. Information is shared only with your permission, and one company may receive credit when a client is referred between us. None of that costs you anything, and saying no to a referral never affects any other service you receive from ERS. We mention it because we’d rather over-disclose than under-disclose — your trust is worth more than any referral.
